Home is the private dwelling of a person or family free from all unauthorized outside interferences.

Home can be a dwelling, apartment house, short stay home, and home for old age people, community home, home away from home or mission home.

The considerations in buying are neighborhood, environment, climate, distance from schools, market and hospital, communication, utilities and facilities available and price. Considerations in selling are the age, depreciation, market trend, agency fees and profits and in both cases legal documents, terms and contracts.
